court ruling and by the way i think there's no question the court should decide that it is wrong illegal

for the federal government to subsidize federally run exchanges i think that's very clear from the language in the history of

the law but there are solutions are there and i'll tell you one of the things i do i think that congress should there are six point four million or people or so who are dependent on those exchanges what

i would do is i'd use a research research is a federal law it's been in place for like twenty years and what it was aimed

allowed you to keep the retirement benefits for eighteen months why you transition to the new job what i would do is

eighteen months they are protected during that eighteen month period they can look at alternatives in

the private sector and they can look to the states to see if they come up with a different approach and

by the way when i was governor we dealt with this issue without obamacare in a way that was patient centric uh

and done in a way that use the private sector and i would recommend states do that as well
