we're just delighted that so many friends from all across Ohio and indeed all across the nation are

as we await the governor special a mouth and I would like to offer our sincere gratitude to governor Casey for as long and distinguished career and

public service for more than a hundred and forty years here at Ohio state our motto has been education

for citizenship and we're pleased that governor Casey use his Ohio state political science degree to serve the public at

his time in Congress too has two terms as governor governor case it has always been a

true supporter of Ohio state and higher education in Ohio and I've come to know governor Casey over the years and
