Republican candidates don't bash other Republican candidates we don't need to do that will

win by debating the issues by letting the candidates present their various ideologies

don't attack other were publican candidates there's no need for that it makes us look completely

is one Republican presidential candidate who seems to be absolutely committed to

that premise here's senator Ted Cruz yesterday on fox news channel I salute Donald Trump for

a colorful way of speaking it's not the way I speak but I'm not gonna engage in the media's game of throwing rocks and attacking other Republicans understand why

for following what I think the American people I believe senator Cruz and that is there's no need for Republicans to bash other Republicans unnecessarily so thank you senator

and I think you're exactly right I think the American people want leaders classes focus on the issues that matter who focus on a

focus on the challenges to this country on the assault on our constitution on the assault on our liberty on on the diminishing role of America and the world and threats

to our safety and security and you know with respect to Donald Trump it it it's been unfortunate to see other Republicans taking

shots at %HESITATION you know he is focusing on an incredibly important issue which is illegal immigration and the threat it poses to our nation at the threat it poses to

rule of law ok that is a good thing that he is focusing on that issue a lot more candidates should be focusing on that issue you

the wording probably yeah I guess it's it's fair to say I'm sure he would have perhaps like to present at the way he said it a little differently I

but I also don't believe that that Donald Trump was saying all Mexicans are rapists are all Mexicans are killers he wasn't saying that he was saying that there are some really bad people coming

across the border in Idaho who contribute well you know I represent the state of Texas we have roughly twelve hundred miles of border %HESITATION

with Mexico in the Rio Grande I've spent significant time down on the border meeting with law enforcement meeting with border patrol agents listening

to the very serious law enforcement threats that they face %HESITATION you know that the from

murders to rapes to to immigrants who are being abused by transnational global cartels you know you know the coyotes are

vicious hardened criminals and and I'll tell you anyone who travels down to the Rio Grande and and sees the photographs of

awful lot of politicians in Washington both Democrats and Republicans had no interest in actually solving the problem of illegal immigration and

I it's a and that's what's so amid the American people are begging to have this issue tackled and
