judicial retention elections I have to ask you that wouldn't that make the Supreme Court justices more

prone to to serving public opinion and not doing what they think is right or what the law dictates more beholden to campaign contributors and

Thursday a majority of the justices ignored federal law and rewrote obamacare they just ignore the text of the law and essentially join

with president Obama enforcing this failed law on millions of Americans who've lost now their jobs who've lost their health care of lost their doctors browsing skyrocketing premiums or how you're about what

you're talking about is the fact that it that what they did not do is take away subsidies for six point four million

Americans are who had subsidies from the federal government %HESITATION but they didn't they didn't get through the state exchanges I don't know that you could really argue that those

six point four million people were more her coach I I course you can earn a lot of people were hurt because lesson

of of of this American single moms are working part time because of Annika kicks in at thirty hours a week they've

been forced to work twenty eight twenty nine hours a week six million Americans have had their health insurance canceled because of obamacare they've lost their doctors and

you know one of the easiest illustrations to do so I'm gonna handle years Americans to millions of Americans lost their jobs because of obamacare yes

yes because millions of small businesses are not expanding are laying people off for staying under fifty employees it's the biggest job killer in this country they

has risen three thousand dollars a year here's what I said Jack I say listen any family whose premiums of drop twenty five hundred out you

should vote for Hillary I'll take everybody else and you know we we had we never had a presidential election decided a hundred to nothing I'm

happy to start with twenty sixty I'm sure she'll have her own hypothetical but I appreciate that one let me ask you in terms of this retention election idea would

you vote to retain Chief Justice John right well let's and what one step at a time I will say this six justices violated their judicial I on

Thursday of last week with obamacare GT use John Roberts is analogy they stop serving as empire's calling balls and strikes instead they

became players they put on a bomber jerseys and they rewrote the state and then on Friday five justices did the same thing they rewrote the constitution and decide their

own personal policy preference try the considered judgment of elected legislatures across this but do

you not see %HESITATION at all why anybody would think that equal protection under the law %HESITATION
