here with us in the studio far away %HESITATION from the snow on this morning in his home state of Rhode Island has your state doing senator we

took a very %HESITATION major blow %HESITATION but the state's responding very well with about seventy thousand people still without power that's a key issue because the power and boilers

operate together typically %HESITATION the governor %HESITATION are adding general gimlet bride are state police

commander colonel Donald it are superb job of preparing and utilities doing all they can to get the power back on I'm headed up

there immediately after the show all right does center Graham I want to talk to you about indoor activities because they got a lot of warmer %HESITATION

here on Capitol Hill %HESITATION last week %HESITATION during all those %HESITATION confirmation hearings %HESITATION

it was pretty obvious during those hearings senator that you are still not satisfied with the administration's version

of what happened on that night %HESITATION win for Americans died %HESITATION in Benghazi you

brought out during the hearings that the president was briefed on all of that of up to five o'clock in the afternoon and then had no other contact I have with the secretary defense with the joint chiefs chairman %HESITATION

or with the secretary of state Clinton we also understand that on that night to the state department or the government chartered

an airplane %HESITATION in Tripoli and flew some security agents end of Benghazi but

it's my understanding they were held up at the airport and tell us what you found out about that I

know there's a six person %HESITATION rescue team left %HESITATION Tripoli to reinforce the annex

in Benghazi they left at one thirty excuse me there arrived at one thirty in the morning %HESITATION

a Libyan time and it was it not till the five o'clock it could get to the annex they were held up for three and a half hours %HESITATION

the president at any time during this eight hour attacked pick up the phone and call anybody in Libya to

get help for these folks secretary Clinton said she was screaming on the phone Libyan officials there's

no voice in the world like that at the present United States and I do believe he picked up the phone call

the Libyan government these folks could have gotten out of the airport to the annex in the last two guys may very well be alive in

if he did call the Libyan officials and they sort of blowing off at will affect whether or not I would give foreign aid in the future to Libya but

if he failed to call %HESITATION on behalf of those people under siege and I think that's a massive failure of

leadership by our commander in chief well have you tried to find out if he did call I have tried that we know that he had a fifteen minute

briefing by secretary Panetta and the %HESITATION chairman the joint chiefs right after the attack happened it was a pre planned meeting it just happened that Benghazi with came

up at the meeting I don't know what the president did that evening I don't know if he ever called anyone I know we never taught the secretary of defense I
